Anger is a natural emotion. Anger is often thought of as a negative emotion. This is not true! What we do with anger can cause some relationship issues or some interpersonal issues for us. Anger can be a warning sign that something is not right. Anger is often described as a secondary emotion. Often people are stuck in processing information too quickly and using automatic responses. Anger can be treated and you can learn how to regulate and learn how to use anger to benefit you. Sometimes underlying emotions are the cause and can be treated with exploring what needs you have and how to get your needs met with regulating your own emotional response.
