Anxiety can feel awful physically. Stress causes so many physical symptoms and racing thoughts can be frustrating. I partner with my clients to help find ways in which they can find relief in healthy coping strategies. I like to work with my clients to help alleviate symptoms and also find root causes. Anxiety can be treated in a variety of ways and I like to help clients find relief and new ways of relating to stressors. If someone is experiencing anxiety in finding a counselor (which is very common and understandable) I remind my clients it is their therapy.
